Organization Overview

TEAM was established in 2002 and is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization. Our efforts began with funding through a grant from Mt. Hood Economic Alliance, City of Molalla, and Molalla Communications Company.

TEAM’s Board of Directors consists of business owners, property owners, and community leaders whose main objective is to strengthen and develop Molalla’s commercial and industrial business districts. We work with state and regional partners on business recruitment/retention/expansion opportunities.

TEAM serves as a clearinghouse for information on properties, funding resources, and provides technical assistance as necessary; and is a point of contact for new and relocating businesses, for business retention and expansion opportunities, and downtown revitalization efforts.

TEAM has been working hard to bring new opportunity to the Molalla area. We are committed to revitalizing our downtown and bringing businesses to our commercial areas. We are equally committed to bringing new jobs and industrial development to Molalla.

As Molalla property owners and businesses, we would like to thank you for your continued support for TEAM. Together we are working to make Molalla the best it can be.

Meetings

The TEAM Board of Directors meets the second Thursday of each month from 3 to 5 p.m. at Molalla Communications, 211 Robbins Street, Molalla, OR  97038.

Organization Committee - First Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Ilene Waldorf Accounting, 221 S Molalla Avenue

Promotion Committee - First Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at Main Street Pizzeria, 111 E Main Street

Design Committee - Fourth Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce, 105 E Main Street, Suite 3
